Interviewing Tip (prepare for interviews):
Most candidates are not prepared for the interview and these tips will better prepare you.
Review your resume
When interviewing, answer questions explaining what you did, how you did it and the end results.
Be clear and concise in your answer. Your answer shouldn’t be long. It should be enough information for the
interviewer to understand what you did and the impact of your actions on the business.
Be enthusiastic and professional
Prepare for the following questions:
1.So tell me about yourself (meaning walk me through your resume)
2.Why are you looking to leave your current company or why did you leave the company?
3.Strengths and weakness – yes the weakness question. We all have them but you make sure
there is a positive spin on this response. Don’t provide cliché answers such as “I am over committed
to my job”. Provide a real development opportunity, but also add how you have addressed and
improved the development opportunity.
4.Do you have any questions (never leave an interview without asking some relevant questions
related to the business).
